GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions and projections are established with open data and then grouped by sectors.
Result: the increase in emissions of growing sectors is faster than the decline in others : GHG emissions are increasing.

Canada has committed to reduce its GHG emissions to 30% by 2030

What measures to achieve this target?

To achieve and then exceed this target, Canada must set out an efficient action plan.

In the document prepared in anticipation of the 2015 Paris Climate Conference, the government proposes the following set of measures:

more stringent standards for heavy-duty vehicles
reduce the footprint of HCFs gases
focus on natural gas (power sector), chemistry
reduce global methane emissions (oil sector)
